Jayke Ryne ~ newborn portraits ~ Knoxville, TN

Baby Jayke is here! Well, actually Baby Jayke was 2 weeks early. So early, in fact, that I was still on the other side of the world in Sydney the day he was born. He didn’t wait for me! =0(
As I said before in Mama Shannon’s maternity session blog, she has always been a huge fan of Ryne Sandberg (hence the name Jayke Ryne). So imagine her excitement when she picked up the phone and Mr. Sandberg was on the other end asking how Jayke Ryne was doing! Apparently a friend of hers who works with the Tennessee Smokies baseball team told Mr. Sandberg that about Shannon naming her firstborn after him. Now we are all anxiously awaiting Smokies onesies and mini-baseball bats! I bet we know what Jayke Ryne will be wearing for his 3 month photo session…
