LaFollette, TN Wedding at The Stables

-Courtney + Andrew-

Hot, hot, hot.

Courtney likes it hot. I mean, she chose a sunny, 91 degree day in June to marry Andrew, a firefighter in a LaFollette, TN wedding at The Stables. Fortunately, the only burning was my skin. Photographers should always carry sunscreen and bug spray!

Waterfall Wedding Ceremony

The wedding ceremony was held in front of a waterfall at The Stables in LaFollette, TN. The couple chose a gorgeous navy and coral color scheme surrounded by 800 acres of rolling hills and mountain views. As we began to photograph the ceremony, I was thinking, “This is God’s country.” I guess that makes it the perfect backdrop for their love story:

“The most special thing about our relationship is making sure we put God first!  I was so thankful when The Lord allowed Andrew to come into my life…I prayed and prayed for a godly man and God sent me Andrew…I think this is what makes our love so special!”  ~ Courtney

Thoughts from the bride:

What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?

“The most memorable part was receiving a rose with a sweet message from my  groom before the wedding!”

What was your favorite and least favorite parts of planning your wedding?

“My favorite parts -picking out the wedding party’s attire and wedding dress shopping  …the least -remembering all the little details!”

Where was your budget best spent?

“The photo booth!”

Any advice for future brides?

“Make sure you practice every little detail on rehearsal night from the bigger things such as the music and the little things such as making sure the aisle runner is working properly and is long enough! If everything doesn’t work out perfectly the way you planned it’s okay!! You are still married!  Above all enjoy your special day!”
Thanks, Courtney!  Congratulations!
