Valentine’s Portraits for Kids

If you don’t have a Valentine this year, you can borrow mine. Just bring her back, please! I based my daughter’s Valentine’s photo session around this perfect little pink and gold party dress from Little Trendsetter. They have adorable clothes for kiddos and a few accessories for moms too.

Hobby Lobby for the Win

I did a simple background using my own gold pillows and sheer white curtains that I have at the studio, and added 9 strands of heart garland from Hobby Lobby. I did have to paint the hearts gold (which is a story in itself–I should NEVER be allowed around crafty things) but I think it turned out perfect with her dress.

And I must say, she’s the prettiest little pink Valentine I could have asked for. =)
