Thin Blue Line Wedding at The Stables in LaFollette, TN
I am SO excited to share Megan and Cody’s Thin Blue Line wedding at The Stables in LaFollette, TN! These two have been together for 8 years. Cody popped the question at Norris Dam while spending the day with their families. As a nurse and detective sergeant, their lives are quite busy, but they somehow managed to plan their police themed wedding at The Stables in only 3 months.
Thin Blue Line Theme
I loved all the nods to their professions. His black wedding band had a “thin blue line” in the middle while her garter was embroidered with “Mrs. 303,” Cody’s badge number. Her “something blue” was him…as his groom’s cake attested. =)
Sunset from Heaven
Fun fact: Megan is my first cousin and her dad officiated my wedding 18 years ago. We lost our grandmother about a year ago and when I saw the heavenly sunset over the mountains that evening, I knew our grandmother had special ordered it just for Meg. It was breathtaking!
